Northwestern Visayan Colleges conducted a comprehensive orientation program to welcome newly hired and old faculty members by equipping them with the knowledge and resources to help them in their academic journey.

The program launched into a enthusiastic welcome of Ma'am Marian F. Liggayu who brought out the dedication of the institution in supporting faculty progress and involvement. Moreover, the orientation program went beyond administrative matters, highlighting social integration and community involvement, encouraging everyone to volunteer in outreach programs and contribute to the broader NVC Community. The orientation concluded emphasizing the commitment of the institution in providing a supportive and collaborative environment for academic faculties. The program contributed to the new faculties a platform to connect colleagues, administrators, and student leaders, in contextualizing a program for a triumphant and productive academic experience at NVC.
