The Office of the Students Affairs (OSA) of the Northwestern Visayan Colleges (NVC) welcomed its new students through the general orientation for the first year and transferee students in various departments.

The program kicked off with the preliminaries which comprised of welcome remarks from the Officer in Charge of Office of the OSA Mr. Loyd T. Francisco, LPT, followed by the representation of Departmental School Uniforms, presentation of SSC Officers, Departmental and Club Governors and Representatives. Furthermore, various office departments of NVC, such as the Supreme Student Council (SSC), Registrar, Plants and Facilities, Library and External Affairs, introduced the said students to NVC's rules and regulations and the proper dress codes to be strictly followed by the students. The SSC President Mr. John Leovy Basijan concluded the event with a closing message where he reminded the students to uphold the rules and regulations discussed by each office department representatives.
