𝗦𝗧𝗔π—₯𝗧𝗨𝗣 𝗣𝗛 2024: π—§π—˜π—”π—  π—π—’π—˜ 𝗒𝗙 𝗑𝗩𝗖 π—˜π—‘π—§π—˜π—₯𝗦 π—§π—›π—˜ 𝗧𝗒𝗣 20


On October 9, 2024, the ICT Industry Development Bureau Department of Information and Communications Technology-Region 6 (IIDB DICT-Region 6), posted on their Facebook Page, the Top 20 Startup Teams who will be advancing to the 2nd Level Screening of the said well-known challenge in the country, with Team Joe, from Northwestern Visayan Colleges, as the only qualifier among the school participants of Aklan.

The Philippine Startup Challenge on its 9th year received a whooping 74 entries across the country, of whom 27 are schools and universities aspiring to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. The Northwestern Visayan Colleges, represented by Team Joe, has given the opportunity to be one of the participants of the said event and the remaining round will determine which teams will compete in the Regional Competition. The 2nd Level screening will happen virtually on October 16, 2024. In this round, the strongest and most resilient teams will emerge as winner and will compete in the regional level and fight for their entrepreneurial goals and dreams. Article by: Louis Joseph M.
