ONSPOT CORRESPONDENT: PRECIOUS PEARL B. GALITA ACKNOWLEDGED AS EDUCATION DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE PALARO 2024

NVC The Forum OnSpot Correspondent, Precious Pearl Bansuli Galita, has been named the official representative for the College of Education at the upcoming PALARO 2024.



Galita’s selection took place during a competitive screening held on September 26, where she stood out among four female candidates. Her appointment was officially announced during the College of Education’s acquaintance party, themed "Secret Garden Soiree," which took place at the NVC Gymnasium on October 1, 2024.

Reflecting on her experience at the event, Galita expressed how meeting various personalities among her co-educators inspired her to foster stronger bonds between students and teachers. She views participating in this pageant as an invaluable opportunity for personal growth and development.

Feeling fortunate to be chosen as the representative for her department, Galita acknowledged the challenges faced during the screening process. She shared that her team believes in her ability to effectively represent the College of Education.

"Now that we are chosen to represent our department, we are committed to giving our best. My preparations will include practicing my ramp walk, enhancing my public speaking skills, and boosting my confidence," Galita stated when asked about her upcoming preparations for PALARO.

In her closing remarks, she emphasized, "As an educator, I believe that this opportunity is a great privilege. Representing my department at the NVC PALARO will be a significant experience for my personal and academic growth."
